Website terms of use
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
This website is operated and supplied by Robin John Custance, ABN 77 305 956 832, Australia (“Rob”, “we”, “us”). Robin is the supplier of the products and services offered as this website’s own offerings. Products and services offered through affiliate programmes are supplied by the identified third-party supplier. Contact us at robin@robsaitools.com or through Contact & support. These terms explain use of robsaitools.com, its free browser utilities, information pages and authorised website administration. They should be read with our Privacy notice and the release information for the tool you use.
This website and its own offerings are supplied under the name Robin John Custance. The web address is robsaitools.com. Rob’s AI Tools is not represented as a registered business name or separate legal entity.

Separate software licences govern downloaded software and source code. Third-party component licences continue to apply to those components. These website terms do not replace those licences, grant rights to software that has not been released, or settle ownership of third-party material. Any future paid product or subscription will need clearly disclosed product, price and purchase terms before you decide to buy.
2. Current services and release status
The browser utilities provide local assistance with prompts, countdowns, planning and related tasks. AI News displays publisher feed information. The website does not currently offer a hosted AI conversation or send tool inputs to an AI model. If you copy material into another service, that is a separate use subject to that service’s arrangements.
QuotaPerch and M4A DJ Studio are described according to their published release status. Evaluation or source previews may be incomplete and are not a promise of a signed public installer. A planned feature, download or platform is not a release commitment. Check the relevant download page, licence, version and compatibility information before use.
3. Using the tools responsibly
You may use the public browser tools for lawful personal and business purposes. Use only devices, accounts and material you are authorised to use. Do not interfere with the site, overwhelm its services, evade access controls, impersonate another person or use it to distribute harmful content. A security report does not authorise access to anyone else’s data; use the private reporting route in our safety notice.
These general-purpose tools are not designed as services for children to submit personal information. A parent or guardian should supervise a child’s use and any payment or support contact. No public visitor account is needed.
4. Your material and intellectual property
You retain whatever rights you have in your prompts, notes, recordings, lyrics, transcripts and other material. Using a local tool does not transfer those rights to Rob. We do not claim ownership of your input merely because the tool helps format or process it. You remain responsible for permissions needed to process, copy, publish or share material, including recordings and AI-generated material. The tools do not establish copyright ownership, obtain consent from recorded people or clear music rights.
Website design, text, branding and supplied assets are protected by the rights of their respective owners. You may use the site and its offered downloads as intended, and retain copies permitted by the relevant licence or law. No broader right to sell, relicense or present Rob’s branding or another person’s work as your own is granted. This does not restrict fair dealing or other rights available under applicable law. Acknowledged third-party names describe compatibility or source attribution; they do not imply endorsement.
5. Results, decisions and limits
Check important results against a reliable source. A prompt checklist improves structure but cannot guarantee an AI response. A countdown is a calculation, not confirmation that an account allowance has reset. QuotaPerch readings can be delayed or affected by provider changes and do not replace the provider’s billing or account records. Audio analysis, musical estimates and transcripts can be wrong and need review.
Steady is a planning and focus tool, not medical treatment, diagnosis, counselling or an emergency service. General website information is not personal legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Obtain appropriate help for decisions where an error could have significant consequences.
6. Local saving, exports and backups
Some tools can save information on your device or export a file. Browser storage can be cleared, blocked or lost, including when using private browsing or moving devices. Local saving is not cloud synchronisation or a backup service. Keep copies of anything important and review exports before sharing them. Clearing a tool does not necessarily remove clipboard copies, downloaded files, calendar entries, synced copies or backups.
Downloaded applications may store their own files separately from the application. Follow the app’s instructions for backup and removal; deleting the app alone may leave its library or preferences behind. These practical precautions do not reduce any rights you have under law or excuse obligations we owe you.
7. Private administration
The administration area is restricted to authorised operators. Keep credentials confidential, review content before publishing, and report suspected misuse promptly. Private notes are not published with website edits. Account instructions are provided inside the admin area; visitors do not need an account.
8. External websites and services
External links include publisher articles, service providers and other projects operated by Robin John Custance. A link does not imply independent ownership or endorsement. Read the destination’s terms, price, privacy and release information before using it. AI News summaries link to the original publisher for context.
No active affiliate offer is listed in this release. Buy Me a Coffee is an optional support link, not an affiliate referral. Before adding an affiliate offer, we will clearly identify it beside the link, name the supplier and explain that we may receive a commission or other benefit. That supplier provides its own product and purchase terms; Robin remains responsible for his own statements and conduct under applicable law.
9. Optional coffee support and payments
Coffee support is optional and is processed on the external Buy Me a Coffee service. It does not buy extra AI quota, provider credits, ownership, priority support, a software licence or a promised release date unless a separate offer expressly says so. It is support for an independent maker, not a claim of charitable status or tax deductibility.
Review the amount, currency and any recurring-payment choice shown by the payment service before confirming. For an incorrect, unauthorised or disputed payment, contact the payment service and tell us where our assistance is needed. We will consider requests fairly in light of the circumstances and applicable law. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule or use a platform policy to remove a remedy we are legally required to provide.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but faults, maintenance and external changes can interrupt it. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or permanent availability of a free feature. We may improve or withdraw features for practical, security or legal reasons. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of a material change that affects information users rely on and explain available export options. This does not alter rights arising from a paid supply or a promise already made.
11. Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a consumer guarantee or other right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law provides a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation remedy, that law takes priority. A free-service label, evaluation label or separate provider’s policy does not itself remove an applicable right.
Beyond the actual descriptions and commitments we make and obligations imposed by law, we do not promise a particular result or suitability for every purpose. Responsibility for a particular loss depends on the facts and applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion for our negligence, require you to indemnify us for our own conduct, or limit recovery to an amount of zero merely because a tool was free.
12. Questions, complaints and disputes
Contact us with the affected tool, version, a clear description and the outcome you seek. Avoid sending passwords, recovery keys or unnecessary personal information. We aim to acknowledge ordinary complaints within five business days and respond substantively within 30 days; if an issue needs longer, we aim to explain why and provide an update. These are handling targets, not a guaranteed support service or a restriction on statutory deadlines.
You may seek help from a relevant consumer agency, privacy regulator, tribunal or court when available to you. Contacting us first is encouraged but does not waive your rights or make it a precondition where the law does not require it. We do not require binding private arbitration or exclude collective remedies otherwise available by law.
13. Governing law and updates to these terms
Subject to mandatory rights in your jurisdiction, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in South Australia, Australia. No exclusive forum requirement is imposed that would prevent you using a court or tribunal you are legally entitled to use.
We will date revised terms and explain material changes where appropriate. Revisions apply prospectively and do not remove accrued rights or retrospectively change a completed transaction. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, it is severed only to the extent necessary, with the rest continuing where lawful.
