1. Who operates these tools?
These tools are supplied by Robin John Custance in Australia. Contact details are on the Support page. These terms describe this website, its browser utilities and the QuotaPerch source candidate. An individual tool’s included licence also applies. If an open-source component has its own licence, its terms are not replaced by this page.

2. What you can expect
We aim to provide practical tools with reasonable care and clear limitations. The browser tools perform local formatting or calculations. QuotaPerch is an independent display utility that relies on separately installed provider software. It is not an official account, billing or access-control service. A source candidate is for evaluation and may be incomplete.

3. Check the release before you install
At this date QuotaPerch is source code, not a general-release signed installer. Intel testing and universal compilation have passed; Apple-silicon execution, signing, notarization and clean-Mac checks remain release gates. Only download from the verified project site or release repository linked there. A checksum compares bytes; it does not establish trust by itself. Apple security checks are useful safeguards, not guarantees that a program is free from all vulnerabilities.

4. Your use, files and other apps
Use tools only on devices and data you are authorised to use. Keep appropriate backups and test an evaluation build before relying on it. Do not bypass operating-system protections, provide secrets in a prompt, or select an untrusted executable. QuotaPerch’s connection is read-only at the request level, but its separate Codex helper is not sandboxed by this utility. Your operating system, other apps, extensions, configuration and provider updates can affect behaviour or cause conflicts. If a conflict occurs, pause or quit this tool and seek help rather than forcibly changing other software.

5. Readings, outputs and decisions
Quota readings can be delayed, rounded, incomplete, unavailable or stale. A countdown reaching zero does not confirm renewed access. History is account-wide, not a verified per-task bill. A prompt checklist cannot guarantee accuracy, savings, completion or compliance by a downstream assistant. Check consequential outputs, dates and decisions yourself, and use official provider information and suitable professional advice where appropriate.

6. Availability and third parties
We do not promise uninterrupted service, universal compatibility, permanent provider access or continuing support for every version. Providers can change schemas, limits and services outside our control. Linked services and payment platforms apply their own terms. OpenAI, Apple, Microsoft, Netlify and Buy Me a Coffee are separate organisations and do not sponsor or endorse these tools.

7. Content and permitted use
You retain rights in your own inputs and outputs, subject to rights others may have in source material. You may use the browser tools for personal and business tasks. The source preview’s evaluation licence governs inspection, local builds and permitted modifications; redistribution must be settled before public release. No permission is given to misuse third-party marks, impersonate the project, interfere with other users, distribute malicious modifications as official builds or defeat security controls. Responsible private vulnerability reporting is welcome.

8. Optional coffee support
A coffee contribution is optional. It does not buy additional provider quota, credits, access, an ownership interest, a service-level guarantee or priority support unless a separate offer explicitly says so. Payment information is handled by the linked payment platform, not this app. Do not assume a contribution is tax deductible. Refunds and payment issues are handled under applicable law and the platform’s process; statutory rights are not removed.

9. Australian and other mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law. Where a mandatory right applies, it takes priority over any inconsistent wording here. Nothing asks you to waive those rights.

10. Limits of additional promises and liability
Subject to those non-excludable rights, no additional promise is made that an evaluation build will be error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for every purpose, immune to tampering or compatible with every device or app. Where the law permits, liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use these tools is excluded. This includes such losses associated with business interruption, missed work, lost data or interactions with other software. This provision does not exclude a remedy or reasonably foreseeable loss for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded, and is not a statement that we have no responsibility in all circumstances. Your obligation to keep sensible backups does not remove our obligations under law.

11. Problems, security reports and updates
Please report problems with the tool name, version, device details and safe reproduction steps. Do not send passwords, tokens, full account exports or private customer data. For a suspected vulnerability, use the private security-report route rather than posting sensitive details publicly. We may update the tools or these terms, with the date and material changes identified. New terms are not used to retrospectively remove accrued rights. No guaranteed response time or bug bounty is offered.

12. Disputes and fairness
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Australian law is relevant to the operator, but nothing here prevents you exercising mandatory rights in your own jurisdiction or contacting a regulator or court you are entitled to use. If a term cannot lawfully apply, the remainder operates only to the extent permitted by law.
